    sometimes i use the NYSC on the westside highway

    but most often i use the NYSC on w 23rd and 8th avenue in manhattan because my agency is only two blocks away. i live like two seconds away from the dolphin on page rd but i can't take the guido fat bastards so i get most oif my workouts done in the city so i don't have to be subjected to vinnie, tony, mikie, and vito,hahaha

    i just got back from SI

    i'm not sure where rossville ave is. i've lived in staten iland for awhile, but i never spend much time there.so for me it's jut a place to crash soi i don't have to pay city prices for rent. i live by the SI hospital closest to the outer bridge. i live on seguine. we'll have to workout one time.how is atlas ?
