Thread: Started Cardio

I started football conditioning and agilities and it sucked some big camel d*ck. I actually got my fat @$$ up and did something. We do football conditioning every morning mon, wed, fri. next week we are gonna do the same thing next week and an option to do it tuesdays and thursdays. is it a good or bad idea to do that much cardio? ( i want to lose my fat b4 football starts)

Listen to your body and see how your body reacts. You have to have time to let your muscles rest too. Push your limits, but be careful enough to avoid injury.
