brain teaser....chrck i out
Four members of a band are walking to a night concert. They decide to take a short cut, but must cross a bridge. Luckily they have one flashlight. Because of the varying size of there instruments, it takes each member a different amount of time to cross the bridge - it takes the 1st person one minute, the 2nd person 2 minutes, the 3rd person 5 minuutes and the 4th person 10 minutes. They must cross the bridge in pairs, traveling at the lower speed so if the one minute person went with the 10 minute person it would take a total of 10 minutes. Since there is only one flashlight, one person must come back across the bridge, then another pair can cross. They have only 17 minutes to cross the bridge and still get to the concert on time. what order should they cross to get everyone across and get to the concert?!?!?!?!
I cant figure it out...can any one get this?

WTF? What kind of short cut involves taking so much time? How fucking fat is the last person that it takes him 10 min to cross a bridge? Is it the Golden Gate Bridge? Maybe Carl Lewis is the first person and Rossie O'Donnel is the second.
I say take a cab or hitchike with some drunk broads.

Piece of cake:
The 10 min and the 5 min cross first @ 10 min
The five min runs back.
The 5 min and the 2 min cross @ 5 min
The two min runs back
The 2 min and the 1 min cross @ 2 min
Totalling 17 min!

Wouldn't it take the guy the same amount of time to come back as it did to go in the first place? In that case it would be impossible.

1 minute guy goes with 2 minute guy = 2 minutes
1 minute guy goes back = 1 minute?
1 minute guy goes with 5 minute guy = 5 minutes
1 minute guy goes back = 1 minute?
1 minute guy goes with ten minute guy = 10 minutes
Again, 17 minutes without counting transit time back, 19 if you do count it.

It takes the guy 1 minute to cross b/c he has his instrument. So without it, it would take even less. But if they all walk behind eachother with the slowest at the front and the fastest at the back and the one at the back shines the flashlight infront of all of them they'll do it in 10 minutes.

Hay, the 10 minute guy walks across first, then doesn't give a shit about the rest of the band, and just goes to the concert, does his shit SOLO and becomes a millionaire cause he never knew what a good voice he had when he was solo!!!!!!!!!!!!
