Seriously, nothing short of surgery. There was an article in mens health about pumps, pills, and streching devices. But they all conclude the only permanent method is surgery. I think its called phaloplasty or something like that. It's not an easy operation either, and can often leave you deformed. And a sucessfull surgery only makes it bigger by an inch. So unless your incredibly small, I would not worry about it.

I read some where they inject fat cells into your penis so when hard it's thicker. You have to have extra skin for it to work. The way you're talking about they cut a tendon or some shit. There is no way a knife is going any where near my dick! Be happy with what you got.

That is actually a different procedure still under phaloplasty. The suck fat out of your leg or ass, and inject it into your crank to make it thicker. The only problem with is that it looks like a python that just ate the seven dwarfs. Its lumpy and uneven. That gets better over time but still is slightly off.

That surgery, that u said adds 1 inch, that's obviously length right? And it's dangerous as you mention. However, what about surgery for width?
