just letting you know...
Im just letting (to the people that noticed) why I haven't been posting at all or been on the board!
I have a very rough job currently busting my ass and Im down 5 pounds in the first week. Basicaly I work 6-6ish lifting steal or some heavy shit like that. In turn I have zero free time as you see.... sometimes on the weekend(s) I may post however.
Im not leaving board, just taking a leave of absense
btw - work is a bitch
I went from laying around enjoying life and just lifting and sleeping 10-12 hours. To working 12 hour shifts getting up at 4:30 in the morning and sleeping 5 hours. I havent hit the weights in 4 days
If you have any questions for me, Just PM me, I have time to answer them almost every day.
Hope you have better luck then me!'
