    Question Weighing in Heavy !!!

    In a few weeks Ill be getting weighed in for hockey .. Everyear they do this and I want to be as heavy as possible just for the weigh in .. Why i want to be heavy is cause it looks good on your stats in the yearbook ... anyways last year i drank and big thing of water and chowed down some pizza and thought that would help ... i think it did a little ... anyone got any suggestions that might help me put on a few extra pounds just for the weigh in .. btw its usually done at 6am in the morning ... thanks in advance

    2-3 days before your weight in take some Diuretics, then cut your water intake to zero for about 24 hours, now go and have a great shitty meal at McDonalds, or large pizza and drink as much as you can, and repeat again, have a 3-4 meals like that before the weigh in and you should be able to be heavier from all the water you body will be retaining...XXL

    Wish i could tape a plate to my back .. but they make us gear down to basically nothing .. any other suggestions ??
