Sort of true. I read an interview with him and he explained that he eventually started taking more and more time off in the off season..And still getting better and better results. Very very gifted athlete.

Also, you dont really need to bang them...some head from both wouldnt be a bad idea either....that way you dont see their face. There are many tactics you know..
