    I hate to say this but i need to cut im feeling fat as a cow.!!!!!! 15%bf, bloated, bad diet. Like fvck i will be cutting with out enhancements tho.

    Bumped into my old boss at the gas station today. He was the owners son. I loathed that guy the first two years I worked for that company. "Daddy's Boy", was how I saw him in my mind, spoiled.
    I really, really miss him now. That fucker put a big smile on my face as soon as I saw him. I also realize just how much he went through and how hard he worked for his dad and how much they appreciated me. He turned my week around, gay as that sounds. Damn near tearful when we broke up the bullshit fest. You never know who it is you will appreciate most in life until you suffer with them a while. I swear after working with that beautiful bastard as many years as I did, I could never work for anyone else. My ass would be back there tomorrow if I didn't have my own business. I hated that job but when we crawled out of the ditches muddy and bloody at the end of the day there was nothing better than each others company.
    Why in the fuck is it a man never appreciates what he has until its gone?
