Would you ever give your child up for adoption?…
…under any circumstances, if you were very sick, very young, very poor etc…or would you keep him/her no matter what…
…just thought I would ask another hard question…XXL

Sadly, i gave up a son for adoption.
I was very young (16 years old) and just couldnt ignore the fact that life with me would have been a strugle at best and therefor not the best for the child.
It was very painful to do, but the best choice. He went to a family that was very well off and full of love, ive researched info about him over the years and he grew up very happy and healthy.
Id love to say i would change it, but i wouldnt. the path i was on and the age i was made being a good provider impossible at that time.

Speaking as someone who was adopted I am glad my birth mother picked that over abortion, not that i feel abortion is wrong either. Lucky for me I grew up in great home and was able to meet my birth mother about 6 years ago, and she lives in same city and I have 1/2 brother so best of both worlds. Remeber at one time un-wed mothers was just a big no/no not like today.

Nope. I'm prepared to accept the consequences of my actions. If I felt that bringing a child into this world was unfair to the child, I wouldn't put myself in that situation to begin with.

If you got yourself into that kind of problem, you must think about the kid's best interest by taking care of him/her and loving him/her. It would be your responsibility.
