    is it an inner ear infection or outer ear...
    if its inner ear, you need to get some type of antibiotic from your md...
    if its outer ear, use an antibiotic ointment...

    dont use peroxide on anything you are trying to disinfect unless you are going to be able to debreed it after the peroxide use...the peroxide will leave a film over the site and prevent antibiotics from getting to the area and organisms will collect under the peroxide film...

    It hurts like hell, i might go ahead an go into the ER. I used the peroxide and I put some alcohol in it and I as soon as I put the alcohol in I turn my head to see if it comes out and it doesnt, it feels like its getting stuck in there.

    ear infections are a biotch. I had an inner ear infection about 8 months ago, I felt like I was having a heart attack. I got dizzy, lightheaded and all that jive. Went to the doc, gave me some anti biotics for it, and did the trick. I have never heard of anyone putting peroxide in their ear for an Inner Ear infection? I have done it to help with "swimmers ear" and such, but never for that. GNC makes a ear stick (don't know the name of it), you stick it in your ear, and light it, and it sucks out all the guck in your ear. I have used it, and it works great. Don't think it will help with an inner ear infection however, the best thing to do is go see a doc.

    Coming from someone how's had a history of ear trouble since I was a kid, here's the best advise I ever got from a doctor;

    "NEVER PUT ANYTHING SMALLER THAN YOUR ELBOW INTO YOUR EAR"

    Go see the doc.

    Best home remedy for an ear infection? The telephone.

    Now, practice your lines: "Good afternoon, I'd like to make an appointment with the doctor . . ."
