Athletic Drills are by far my favorite form of cardio-- I do an hour of circuit training once a week and it kicks my butt every time. I can ring the sweat out of my t-shirt and shorts at the end of an hour.

ok, sorry bro's...i forgot to add sex to the list...that is my favorite form of cardio as well...but raquetball is something i can participate in with my workout partner, and sex definitely is not...lol...consider the option "Other" for sex.

I use to love to run, until I went to dive school and they ran me through the sand for hours. I still run but I don't like it.
I do cardio at the gym. Anything, it doesn't matter. The only thing I ask for is a nice view while doing cardio. You know, some hot girls with sweet asses on the treadmill in front off me. This way I can enjoy my cardio and the 45 minutes fly by.

i chose running b/c thats what i always do... but swimming is much more fun, plus i love grappling/boxing as well!!
Picked other. Other being walking. Sex is to much cardio. To many cals. Can only do that three times a week for about an hour at a time, with out losing gains. Kissing only burns 60 cals.
