Compter gurus, help me!!!

I need some help computer gurus, I have Outlook Express for my email, and what I want to do is clear ALL email names and passwords and start all over....what I tried to do is go in networking and delete it that way and I deleted it, but when I strarted to redo a new one my old one popped up in the signing on process...so now I have like 3 emails with the same name and it makes loging in difficult.....please help me if anyone can, thanks.

Open Outlook - tools - accounts - lists all your mail accounts added in Outlook - remove all mail accounts, then add the one you use.
