I was scared..I couldnt get on on AR at all

I kept getting a message saying forbidden . Can anyone tell me why it did that all day yesterday? Thanx that was scary i thought the site was shut down or something

They changed back to a fast server, it was only down a few hours.

I know exactly how you felt. This is the best body-building site there is.
I met Jason over at Elite and he invited me and I'm extremely grateful. All the people I have met are no less than phenominal.

Well if you noticed the site is faster now. Last night i tried to get on and got a forbidden message and practically snapped. I later found out that they switched servers to a faster one and that was the reason for the down time. But its all for the better.
