Do you ever hit the gym twice in a day?
I have pretty intense workouts everytime I go. Couple warmup reps, and then the working reps all go until the muscle collapses. Bulking workouts usually require alot of rest, so I'm wondering if going twice a day might be two steps forward, one step back?
I did shoulders/back today 3-4pm, pretty good workout and I was dead tired from it. Then I just got back from the gym about 11pm-12am we did chest/tri's. These are usually two of my most intense workouts, but I gotta go with the bros when they do chest, otherwise I don't get a good spot (and therefore, not a good workout). Does anyone else have similar training complications? One problem I had today was that my rotator cup was hurt during the shoulders workout a little. Then on dumbell presses, I really felt the pain and loss of strength.
All I know is that I'm gonna be very sore tommarrow.
