    Do you ever hit the gym twice in a day?

    I have pretty intense workouts everytime I go. Couple warmup reps, and then the working reps all go until the muscle collapses. Bulking workouts usually require alot of rest, so I'm wondering if going twice a day might be two steps forward, one step back?

    I did shoulders/back today 3-4pm, pretty good workout and I was dead tired from it. Then I just got back from the gym about 11pm-12am we did chest/tri's. These are usually two of my most intense workouts, but I gotta go with the bros when they do chest, otherwise I don't get a good spot (and therefore, not a good workout). Does anyone else have similar training complications? One problem I had today was that my rotator cup was hurt during the shoulders workout a little. Then on dumbell presses, I really felt the pain and loss of strength.

    All I know is that I'm gonna be very sore tommarrow.

    I'm just about to leave for my cardio and i will be going again to do shoulders so yes i'm hitting it twice today.

    i do cardio in the morn on empty stomach and hit the wieghts later in the afternoon

    only when I am dieting down and I am in in the morning to hit cardio and back at night for weights

    Im a everything in the morning kinda guy, but sometimes i will sneak in some extra cardio if im extra modivated and bored

    I've been on 2 a days for 3 weeks now. 4-5 days a week.
    A.M. cardio P.M. weights and cardio.

    I swear by it now, never had results like this before. I've dropped 13lb in 18 days. In the single digits now for BF%

    I'm sorry bro's i'm just so exited about it i had to tell.

    Yeah, definitely doing cardio in the morning is the best way to do cardio. However, I was referring to hitting the iron twice a day. Anyways, I'll be doing cardio every morning when I wake up in a couple months.

    One step at a time! ; )

    I've been trying to do cardio twice a day, because my BF is pretty high right now. I wanna get it off ASAP!

    Word to that, I have at least 13%, but most of it is at the gut! I have almost no bf anywhere else actually! My goal is 10-11% by march.
