YOUR DIET SUCKS!!!

You don't need steroids , you need to learn how to eat. I have been following 5 new threads since I got home, all say pretty much the same thing:
I'm 5'10", 150lbs, I eat plenty but can't gain any weight, which steroids should I take?
I'll say it again:

YOUR DIET SUCKS!!!

I've been around a long time, and have yet to meet anyone who's body just wouldn't respond to food. Just about everyone who can't gain and thinks their diet is fine is wrong. If you can't gain, eat more. If you still can't gain, eat more than that. See the trend?

haha nice.... but big i eat all the time and i just cant gain.. and i work out at least two times a week for 20mins. i just dont understand why this winny is not working...

my diet is in check.. I eat 1 bowl of good whole grain wheaties every morning... then mom usually makes me 1 bologne sandwich and 1 PB and J, with just a few Lay's chips.. then I eat a good dinner that ma makes....

I can't grow... Do you think if I run a DBOL only cycle i might be able to get past hump and put on a few lbs????

btw, I do biceps every other day for 1 hr at a time, can't seem to break the barrier.

I'm 6'2'' and 155lbs, I've been working out for a long time, about 3 mos. I want to take a steroid that will give me some size, I don't want to get too big, and I want to be shredded.
