    Exclamation favorite mustic

    what is your favorite music to listen to in the gym. Hard rock, rap, alternative? just a question b/c in my gym they always have these dudes come in and put it on some shit like justin timberlake and stuff like that b/c there girls are with them. pisses me off

    LOL no way!! Metallica or Rammstein plz. Techno sometimes but itīs rare in our gym.

    Anything heavy, power metal or death metal is good, or even any rap with a good beat and a pissed off vocalist... just gotta be something heavy and/or extreme. Slayer is some of the best gym music. Sadly, most people are not in the gym to bust their ass, so this kinda stuff never gets played. 98 Degrees, anyone?
