    what would you do with.....

lets say you were given a kiosk type desk/shop located in the middle of a very busy 24 floor financial center with high traffic and shops. It has refridgeration and coffee/expresso makers as well (that wouldnt have to be the prouct) but what if anything in this world would you sell/offer if you were given this opprotunity?

Yeah, I know they're really popular in the malls by me. People think it's a healthy alternative for lunch or a snack so they buy them. Most are coated in sugar, bbq flavoring, cinnamon..etc.

^^^there arent enough meats on stick lol. It wouldnt be compatable with prepared foods rather ready to eat foods, I like the almonds thing, it made me think about maybe some homemade protein bars/gronola mixes etc. very thought provoking, the demographic is definatly a 30 something yuppie, fit, type of crowd.

Go with something geared towards the "healthy" lifestyle even if it's not actually healthy (ie smoothies). That way you mark it up ridiculously and people will stay pay for it, especially in a financial center.

That probably is a good idea. Don't forget the high protein shakes. You have to know the demographic, which you do, and tailor your product towards them. The almond idea is decent, but younger guys and girls that work in financial districts usually have the money to spend on higher end products and they usually try to stay pretty fit. As long as you use major buzz words like Acai berry, Granola, Whole Grains, Fruits, Oatmeal, Protein, Healthy etc. you should be able to make a killing.

Depending on the clientele, a shoe shine stand. You'd need lots of guys in 3 piece suits who meet with customers a lot to make this work. Plus, you'd need to find someone who knows about shoe shining (you can't put Kiwi polish on just anyone's shoes).

Or, if there isn't a print shop in the building already, you could take orders for printing, then take the orders to a nearby print shop, then pick 'em up when ready, and deliver them to the businesses in the tower. You'd take a % for your delivery services.

Fresh Fruit Juices, for smoothes protien shakes etc
you can have suppliments on hand ,

$1 extra for a scoop of protien etc,

fresh fruit, like fruitsalad bols etc,
    bananas,

think yippie cafe ( yuppie / hippie )

keep the coffee's going too, i'm sure you'll do fine, with some decent design and organization and someone that has a good idea of what you're doing you could make a mint.

i'd jump at the opportunity, oh have some attractive staff, one good look ing guy one good look ing girl,

    that is a must .. !

I thought about it but the building has a clause that it has to be occupied and cannot be vacant for more than 3 weeks or leasee defaults, so I would stress out trying to fin someone to jump on it withing 3 weeks time. Also Id hate to spend and not get ANY return while it idles.

There is a smoothie king nearby and a starbucks so i wont try and go right after their market since they have it cornered and more money behind them to drown out competition.

I am thinking maybe talk to a supplement company here in town that has gone public recently since they are gung-ho about their busines model maybe thay would want in????

It's kinda funny, but it really is a good idea. People buy these things like crazy, especially the cinnamon ones.

It's like you were reading my mind..... and then you could offer to give them "new bead smell", and even customize them, you know, pictures and what not.
