What's up with the time ???

How come on the Forum listing page it has the time at like 7:40 am right now, and it's 1:52 pm central time ???

This a glitch or is it supposed to be that way ??

What is your time offset set in the user control panel?

Yeah, the time seems to be messed up. Anybody having trouble with their subscribed threads. Mine never come up, even after I post something.
