    Angry stopped working out

    last friday i was in a fight got stabbed or cut not sure (drunk)in my left forearm rite hand is a bit f***** up from hitting 2 guys breaking a door and shattered glass neway the rite hand is getting better ill give it a week or smth but the stitches i took (5) are still there gonna take em off on saturday.
    when can i start working out again after the stitches are off?and how much strength/mass will i lose?

    what was the extent of the damage, was the wound deep or was it more of a flesh wound if you know what i mean. obviously depends on if you went through to the muscle etc.

    could see the fat under the skin ill post pics later took em on saturday b4 i got stitches it was pretty deep tho

    JMO bro, but I think the "when can I work out again" question should be answered by your physician. The muscle loss question has too many variables.
