What kind of camera do you have ??? What software came along with it ?? Are you talking about photo editing software, or just the transfer software itself ? Kind of all depends on what you are wanting to do with your pictures

I have a Kodak dc 240 (old now i know, but still works wonders). It comes with some picture software, but XP has it's own transfer
    software for a digi camera.

As for the digital editing, I just use Photo Editor (comes with office) because it's quick and easy - i can change the hue & size which is all I use anyways. Sure you can use Adobe, but unless your doing some detailed work (touchups / airbrushing), then I would't bother.

hey bro thanks for the reply and sorry for the lack of info .It was for editing (playing around) I have a dx 3500 and already have the transfer software that came with it.

What about software that you can change things ( no hair ,long hair ,black , blonde, add some writting etc ) that kind of fooling around
    Anyone ????
    Thanks

You can use adobe photoshop for that kind of stuff, but it wasn't easy for me to pick up. If your looking for a place to get prints from check out shutterfly.com. I use them to order pics and they come out great.

yeah, that kind of detailed work can be confusing.

if you're looking for the actual software itself TG, just run a search on kazaa - 7.0 is the latest

I like to use paintshop pro 7 for my non hardcore art. even comes with an animated GIF maker with canned effects.

It has alot of power but not near the learning curve of photoshop

Check imesh or one of the file sharing sites and you will find it.
