Its a lot easier to ban someone than it is to edit a post, signature, or avatar. We've got time to edit out the odd slip-up, but when we've got more important things to do it doesn't make sense to constantly edit this junk. Just something you might want to think about.

I personally think the 30 yr olds need to grow up. there comes a time in your life when talking shit is irrelevant and flames should be handled with nonchalance and not arrogant vengence.
BigKev: I once idolized you as well as the others have said and think you def know your shit about bodybuilding. You were once an upstanding and respectable guy so I will omit the last few months from my memory. I understand you have been through a bunch of shit but keep your anger to yourself.
