Let's here the 2003 Goals from everyone.
1) I'm going to hit the 300 pound mark if it kills me.
2) Hit the 2000 pound mark in a full PL meet.
3) Have more sex.

Bodybuilding - hit 270lbs (i'm not gonna lie, it won't be pretty), work on lats
In the Gym - bench 365 for a good honest rep
School - graduate
Reading - catch up on pleasure reading now that school's winding down
Life - wow, not sure! Work on maintaining friendships now that we're all starting to go our separate ways.

1) Reach 190-200 naturally then do a cycle!!!
2) Compete gymnastics and place top 3.
3) Compete in a BB contest.
4) Enjoy life and be happy.
5) Date and have more sex.

Health and Fitness.
Continue to eat healthy and increase reps and weight over time while avoiding injury.
Last year was get out of debt year. 2003 is the sock away $$$ year for emergency fund and next house down payment.
School: Complete more than half of my MBA degree.
Work: Avoid being laid off!
Make and maintain close friendships...Find a great gal to get serious with :-) Be more socialble!

By Summer 2003 I want to have acheived:
Body: 225 pounds at 8% bf.
Income: Solidify a $5,000 a month income and a $500 a month risidual.

Well one of my goals the past 3 years is getting in the really good shape for graduation. And second goal is getting in even better shape in december for my first comp
Ohh and i want more sex too

Get ripped, Bench 350lbs, get more vacularity.
Family: Spend more time with the family.

Spend quality time with the kids and appreciate what I have rather than what I need or want.
Realise that NO woman is worth the grief or shit I have put up with this year.
To train lighter when needed and allow old injuries to heal
To reach and maintain 210-220lbs @ 8% b/f currently 197lbs 9-10%

I want to compete in my first BB competition (teen division), come in at 3% BF ripped and at 175lbs dry and destroy the other teenies.
Of course gotta do well in school and figure my major for sure if i can.
Of course more sex is better but besides that stay away from girls, they're evil.
