    Any Advice?

    Hey bros, I love playing football and am quite a fast runner and after a match Im always getting injuries.

    Mainly, these are in the form of hamstring strains, n sore aching tense muscles.

    I warm up and cool down but still ge these niggles.

    I was wondering can any bros share some tips, knowledge etc which can be useful to me

    Try stretching after warmup and cool down.

    Thats why i coulndt play soccer any more, only for me it was my knees that got all fucked up.

    If your stretching and warming up properly, and your an experienced player I'd say your next move is to see a sports doctor or physio to rule out any bone and muscle structural damage. They might also advise you on proper footwear and exercises specific to your sport.
