    -URGENT- ** I need an opinon from fellow bro's! **

    Wussup all,
    You can answer the question with the poll I have and I'll keep it brief with the question.

    Ok...cut down earlier this year to the point I could see the upper abs and this was a dramatic increase because my BF % was 29. I cut down to around 14 in like 3 months or so. I wanted to go farther but my body was like "hell no, ive done enough" So i decided to bulk pretty clean for awhile and let my body get use to it and cut down again. Well I am bulking now and getting ready to get on a PH stack (19-nor and 4-ad). And throw on some more mass...my problem is though, since I quit cutting at 14% and bulked clean for a bit Im probably at 15-16 now..I am wondering if I should hold off on the PH's and the bulk and cut down again and get to like 9-10% or what?? PLEASE help me out an answer the poll!

    Thanks everyone... Comments below are VERY appreciated. BTW no pics as of now but thats me in my avatar like 5 days ago.

    Ok, you have advice for my question though?? I'm sure PH's are shit compared to juice but I'm not ready for juice and don't want to juice yet.

    Itīs good you know your not ready for AAS bro, wait until the time is right. Im going to quote djdjdj "prohormones are like steroids without the effect but with the side effects".
    IMO continue with your protein powders and creatine and forget about the PH.
