Just to make these pics believeable. We should come up with something for the person to be holding in his first pic. IE: "Competetor # 1/cutting catagory" even if they are fully clothed. Just so we know that the pics are up to date. I know what some of you are capable of on photoshop .

Are there going to be any catagories like.....natural and AAS assisted? I've never done gear (all natural) and you guys that are AAS assisted get some crazy gains in a such a short time, we who are natural don't stand a chance! Not that I'm complaining

It's really to bad I started dieting back in Dec...and that Ends April 3rd...Wouldnt leave me enough time to bulk up because I'd be cutting for a month...and 8 weeks, you cant put on but SOOO much muscle...cause I cant run shit cause i'm going to be running the last 6 weeks up till april 3rd.

So for this one, I'll decline due to my previous BET..

I think it should be broken down by categories

Experience Lifting (as in 1-3 in one cat, 3.1-6 in another and +6.1 years in another.

2 sub catagories (cut or bulk)

Bulk has to have some sort of limit or rules, such as start at 5% and gained 40lbs and finished at 7% is better than start at 10% and gain 25 at 14%...

But then again, since i'm not entering, who cares what I think

Okay...so I am in the middle of my cycle and it will be over in march. does that count?? even though I started in november...hehehe

Here are the terms....

1) All contestents will be divided into 2 different groups of men and 1 group of females (if more than 15 participate in the female competition). The first group will be a transformation group, next will be an open class which will be determined by the mods(anyone who is already in good shape in their before photos will be included in this class). This year we are going to try a female figure contest as well. 15 females must participate in order for it to be valid contest. If we decide to do another competition in the future we might add other classes of female competition, such as bodybuilding. Any mods who enter are not allowed to vote.

2) All contestants are to send in a picture of them holding the March 7th USA TODAY Weekend Edition on or before March 10th to [email protected] Canadian residents must hold a national newspaper that is easily identifiable. Include age, weight, and height with e-mail.

3) 6 poses are needed (by the men) to be submitted on or before March 10th:

---Front double bicept

---Back double bicept

---Back lat spread

---Side Chest

---Abdominal pose

---Most muscular

Females, please send the three following poses:

---Front

---Side

---Back

4) Now the pay off! The winners of each class will win a $100.00 credit to www.Allsportsnutrition.com , and will get a custom title above their avatar to brag to the rest of the members :-)

5) If any foul play is detected, that member will be removed from the contest and banned from our message board. This is intended to help motivate those of us who are looking to be competitive and for a push toward physical health.
