lol! I have been Anti-Mac since I was old enough to know the difference. But as of late I can help but realize how far ahead they are interms of graphics and video crunching compared to Intel and Microsoft.

I grew up on a mac and switched over before I turned 18. Obviously I'd rather have a windows based machine, but there was never the hassel of installing and configuring as there is on windows based pcs.

I don't hate macs at all, they are good for what they are meant for (graphics).

    MAC's have their places...

THey're great for looser-users (people with little computer skill), and they're great for doing multimedia stuff.

They arn't nearly as good in terms of flexibility. Have you ever noticed that computers that are interfaced with machinery (or even complex security systems) are almost always windows or Unix machines? There's a reason... IBM compatable machines are way more flexible.

It's a tradeoff.. the more simple you make a product to use, the less flexability you can provide.

MAC's kinda remind me of personal data assistants. They work great for what they're designed for.. anything else is a huge pain.

Sigh... I'm a network engineer and a lot of the comments I'm reading here about Macs are solely based on ignorance. Do you guys realize how old OS 8 is? The current OS is OS X and it's more stable than windows.

Got Gear, OS X is UNIX.

Hate all you want ... but I'd take a Mac over a PC any day. I support PCs and Macs at work and we get significantly less calls on the Mac side.

Not aggrivated... slightly annoyed... but not aggrivated.

By the way... I see you're another Lane hater.
