I agree with Buff, i don't care much for the synthol and gh and definitely prefer arnold's physique. Its amazing how the old BBer's could suck in their abs(the vacuum) when they do a front dbl bi pose for example. His lats i feel needed a lil more work, but other then that, i feel his upper body is perfect.
