I'm actually curious how to stop ** popups as well. You know, as soon as I switched to XP from windows 98, all these ** messages started coming and they're fucking annoying.

    No ads...

    Ok guys check this out,

Go to www.download.com and search for No-ads. Download this software. No-ads runs in your tool bar, but don't worry it does not use much bandwidth. Here's how it works.

When you get a pop up DON'T close it. Open no-ads, from your tool bar. It will show you all the programs you have running, including that popup. Find the popup on the list and of programs and then click "add to targets". You'll never see that popup again. It's kind of a pain in the ass for the first week or so but after that your home free. I get on about once every two weeks now.

For pop up messages I just turned on XP's internal firewall. Works like a charm
