He's decent looking, but NOTHING like LL Cool J. I doubt he does roids, just in shape probably lifts and works out. Don't think he juices like LL does, cause LL juices for sure!!!

He is in good shape but I don't think he's huge. He is not a juicer and I doubt LL does. LL's physique could be attained naturally with time and hard work.
The man is made out of steel...for christ's sake, he was shoot 8 times and lived to tell the story. Oh and no juice, just genetically gifted.

Hes not really built few local criminals knew him before he was all rich n famous . Biggest rapper is still suge night that guy is unbelievably frightening . personally i think 50 cent should stay in jail where he belongs.

I saw 50 cents in vegas. It was the day before super bowl - that saturday night. We were at the mcdonalds on the strip by club utopia. It was about 3:30am, and he was there eating with his "set". 50 cent not on JUICE??? Watch his performance on the MTV spring break and then tell me what you think. He is so much bigger than he was in his in da club video. Pecs and arms were just massive...Almost freaky big. I think him and LL juice. Seems hard to believe that they dont. They look to big and ripped not to be on anything.
