My hand hurts

SO in the weightroom tonight I did a quick 45 minute leg workout after work trying to hurry before they closed. I was gonna finish up with some box jumps so I had done quite a few.

Well my very last set of them before i planned on leaving i squatted down real low to have to explode all the way up. I pull my hands back and then explode up and drive my hands up...then i get this feeling like I just punched a brick wall.

Well I punched the shit out of the metal box haha my hand was dripping blood and turned purple on my middle finger and ring finger and the tip of my thumb. The top of my knuckle on my ring finger is swollen up huge currently its all puffy and stuff lol but it still moves so im good! haha I decided my workout was over and used my other hand and grabbed my stuff and left lol.

I figure if I can type this I am good to go, but its pretty gross because since its swelling and there is a nice open wound the yellowish clear stuff is kinda oozing out and running down my finger.

Son of a bitch haha owell I think I am gonna live just thought I would share my little experience

Haha yea dude I literally thought about that happening when I first started doing them tonight.

But on another note, at work tonight I sold a couple pairs of shoes to an NFL player who was on the winning team from this years superbowl......yea buddy haha
