    Tv Dinner

bros...my buddy just showed me this tv dinner by swansons...on the front it says 1.5lbs of food and it's chicken and potatoes...listen to the nutritional contents on this puppy....fyi, it's about a 2.50 meal..GREAT for bulking in my opinion:

    1010 Calories
    48g fat (8 saturated)
    85g carbs
    8g fiber
    70g PROTEIN!!!

can't beat that for a bulking meal..and he said they taste pretty good...just thought i'd share for you bro's who always bitch about spending so much money on grub

Yeah, but you seen the price on those babies?

For that kinda $$ I'll cook my food from scratch! And with a little less fat too!

Great for those "In a hurry" situations tho!

Damn that is a lot of fat, reminds me of a good old fashion weight gainer shake from the 80's.
