    proten intake for animals/humans

If protien intake is so important to put on muscle mass then how do animals that are vegitarians put on so much mass with out eating meat?
for example cows all they eat is grains and grass yet they are so bulky in muscle mass

That is a good question. How come you see some of those bulls/cows with some HUGE legs, also horses.

Maybe that is why they inject so much "vet" steroids into them!?

I know for one thing, they eat A LOT... if I can remember correctly, a cow has 4 stomachs to process food, or 4 chambers. This is a good question though, does anybody have the answer?

This is really weird that I found this today looking up stuff on carb. But here is a little something that might help.

Do you ever wonder why cows are so fat when they only eat grass, which is basically nothing but fiber? The answer lies in the fact that the digestive system of a cow works exactly opposite that of a human. They break down fiber molecules like our bodies break down sugar, while they are unable to break down sugar molecules as readily. Do you want your cow to lose weight? Put it on a high sugar, low fiber diet!

I guess it has to do with their difference in digestive processes.

Cow's arn't all that fat they got alot of meat in them, I wonder if I can go get sugery done to my stomache and make it bigger....lol....If they can make it smaller for people that have a big problem with eatting to much then it shouldn't be a problem to make it bigger...I have too much time on my hands, I think to much...
