I would break an ankle, pull a groin, shatter a shin bone, and tear a hip flexor just walking into that place.

This is becoming more popular so it is no wonder that there is a place to actualy do this.

Not many 300lbers running around there, huh? LOL!!! All I see is one torn ACL after another if I even attempted this stuff. BUT, I'm impressed with these guys balls and athleticism.

Yeah I would love to do this but can barely do a cartwheel lol. Some of it looks impossible.

Am I the only one who thinks this is gay? I have seen many impressive videos where its like a guy owns (or someone owns) a gymnasium and they learned to do all this cool stuff over the years, but this is a bunch of grown ass men climbing up walls and stuff. I mean yeah some stuff is cool, but to think that they practiced that stuff... I mean a bunch of grown men stood around practicing this stuff. Just odd to me. I get the trampoline into the foam pit though.
Sidetracked: At my gym all these guys are doing this stuff like you would if you were at a park. I've seen some vids on youtube about it. Like pullups mixed with dips and stuff. Why buy a gym membership to play on the monkey bars? Is this happening elsewhere?

^^^ not too different then a bunch of men playing kickball in a beer league or softball even.
It's a hobby just like bodybuilding. Keep in mind that many people wonder why we do what we do and invest our lives into our bodies the way we do.

Take a look at this guy, you have to admire the skill and reflexes involved in doing this.

That looks like a blast!
I could never do that stuff.
But I have a thing for roller skating. I could do it everyday and was for a while until recently.
Its all about what gets you off on

I would definitely sign up for something like this though. I mean, I got tired of 'bodybuilding' training years ago... that's part of the reason I retired from competing 5 years ago. My training is still heavy as hell, but at least half of it is agility and flexibility work like what some of the crossfit, odd-object lifting, and freerunning guys do.
I'm nowhere near as ballistic as these guys... so I really admire what they do.
Holy shit, if I could bail off a roof at my current weight I'd be like the motherphucking hulk. LOL
