    Aight guys I am back

    Well been away for a while I guess I needed a break... Work had really been getting stressful, lost my girlfriend in the process, but still was able to stay in the gym, so I guess I have something to be happy about.. Sorry i was away for a while, and for those of you who had sent PM's I appreciate your patience, I did my best to at least keep up and get back to those of you who came ot me for advice.

    LOL What kind of question is this bro? I was still able to hit the gym, was really the only joy I had with all the stress going on of loosing my girl and work shit, lack of sleep etc. Been currently on this cycle for about 8 weeks now, and getting to where I want to be, down to about 13% body fat, sleep habits are getting somewhat better, soo I am hangin in there. Thanks for asking though LOL..
