So, what do you think is the culprit? The lack of daily cardio, the antidepressant, or the "use or lose" concept from abstaining from masturbation and sex?

Here is a serious answer, Effexor is a SSRI selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor.
It is going to cause all of these problems, if your are having problems with erection, cumming
or any other sexual dysfunction, it can all be caused by the SSRI you are on.
If depression is seriously affecting your life and need to be on medication
There are other drugs that help with depression like Seroquel and Abilify that are not SSRI's
And will not mess your libido, cumming and whatever else you are experiencing.
Talk to your doctor and tell him what is going on and see if they can move you to a non SSRI anti-depressant.

I think it´s a good question.
Happened to me as well, and those friends I have asked...maybe 3.
So I assume it has to do with the amount of seamen we produce, how strong the orgasm is, how strong the contracting muscle is, and the health of the prostate where the liquid is formed.
All these things decline with age, but also with low test, like after cycling.
I definitely shoot stronger on cycle. But also on PCT meds., probably because of their ability to stimulate more sperm production.

Yes I have taken both Seroquel and Abilify. Currently taking Seroquel. However they do more than just antipsychotics, they work for anxiety, depression and a lot of other things.
I highly recommend you ask your doctor about it, but at the least you are on the right bath for trying to get off the SSRI's,
they wreck a males sexual function. When I tried Zoloft and Paxil, which are SSRi's my dick didn't even work.

Seroquel is about the best one out there for mood stabilization and depression imo. I have tried most everything out there. Currently I take 600mg of seroquel, 200mg of Epitol and 1-2 mg of Prazosin and have no problems with sensation, libido or cumming.

Yes a side effect of them can be weight can because it causes appetite enchancment, I would not say it lowers metabolism directly, but you become more hungry that is for sure, this can be controlled with diet and exercise. For me its a good thing cause I have a low appetite already.

Adderall can make you loose weight. I cant tell you what the best option would be for you, I can only tell you what happened to me, and it sounds like you are having the same problem. Its up to you and your doctor to decide what is a better option for treatment weighing the side effects from each drug and determining what you can live with. Also they are side effects, not everyone has the same side effects from each drug. Thats why doctors try to work with you to determine what is the best option. In the end its up to you.
