    What's up HITers! Arms are nice and sore!

    So I pinned my tricep the other day and it blew up all the way down to the elbow joint - started some Cipro but it's pretty damn painful... I've done tris so many times I'm not gettting why this happened though took another this am and we'll see if it clears by the w/e....

    Would it be ok to get delts & traps in??

    Probably just missed the muscle a bit. Happens. Last happened to me in quads, I'll never pin them again because of the discomfort and mobility issues that both lasted for days.

    No training for me today, my lower back is tighter than a ducks arse so I'll be doing some mobility work before heading to work where I have to do a stocktake tonight

    Try add half a minute every day on top of what you did day before till you build it up to solid number like 20-30 mins and then begin playing little more with the intensity of it, any number that you can do consistently every day and dont make it burden, make it seamless routine, youll feel better as time goes, all little things add up and you get the compound effect

    Sorry to hear, never pinned anything but glutes myself so don't know what to say but at times when it was bad I just ironed it out with cardio and deep squats so your tris sessions should help to get that flowing where it's supposed to go, after all I just hope you didnt get some infection in place like this.     Thx buddy! Since I had Cipro(antibiotic) on hand I started a short course just in case as it leaked down toward the elbow joint but the joint itself is gtg! I actually did tris yesterday lol... I always work the muscle in which I pin

    Without having a spleen I just wanted to be safe by taking the antibiotics and keep my WTC count low as possible! It soars when I have any type of infection plus and or anything my body is fighting off!

    Yeah been checking my temp which is gtg... but talk about sore and ROM or any type of bending - it sounds exactly what your describing! Thx BIB as always

    No training for me today, my lower back is tighter than a ducks arse so I'll be doing some mobility work before heading to work where I have to do a stocktake tonight

    No redness or red streaks at the injection site or excessive heat is there? What did you pin and how much?

    It's red and hot... no streaks but a red spot - but no where near the inj site(like 4" down)?! It seems I missed the muscle slightly as my lats started spasming in the middle of the shot... 1.75cc of tri blend I've hit the other tri many times and once it did do kinda the same on other side but not as pronounced - ROM and mobility are better today than yesterday and after tris yesterday it got worse... the redness stopped just shy of my elbow joint... been icing it but when I lift it doesn't bother me?! Whatcha think? I don't have a fever either just tightens when closing it flexing is much better today??

    Man, that was some good sleep. Slept for almost 11 hours in increments of 3 hours or so. Would wake up to tap a kidney, knock back another liter of water, back to sleep, lather, rinse, and repeat.
    Overall, body feel very good. No shoulder pain like I was having off and on. Just the usual post massage soreness that you expect.
    Legs are just now fairly pain free from the what's earlier in the week, lats are just barely complaining, and pecs aren't too shabby either.
    Going to watch a movie or something with the wife and the beast and then take the day one step at a time. Got to make a garbage run at some point, definitely will hit legs today, and probably should wash the truck. The damn thing is so dirty you could.probably shave it.

    If the tri-blend hasn't been giving you any issues before this, and you can flex it better then before, I'd go for it. Probably will feel better afterwards. Probably would massage the shit out of it off and on post lift?

    Meh, the wife may kill me at some point today. She is on the phone talking with her aunt and drinking a cup of coffee. I just typed the most nonsensical string of porn words I could think of in the search bar, hit Google images, selected one, walked up to her, and showed her the image. Think she inhaled her coffee, and is currently trying to manage the coughing, the phone conversation, and set her coffee down.

    are you hitting the correct spot? It's gotta be the easiest spot. I just rotate up and down them now. I don't shoot any where else. Where are you injecting?

    The big head(but since shaking it looked like it moved to the lateral head moreso and I that's where it's red down on that side somit may have come loose then pushed back in in that are. - I've never had s problem I love tris - I had a spasm in my lats and I was shaking so the pin could've come out some hence missing the muscle a bit - it was basically 2ccs but it's 4" away from the actual injection site BG?! Weird really weird never had anything Ike this happen on any BP really(quads once) lol

    Edit - it's actually one of my favorite spots tbh lol

    Sure did we caught the first one. Unreal. We had so much fun. The Mrs. was wasted and having the time of her life at all the parties. Stayed in the French Quarter and just ate and drank the whole time. Got masks for the parade. Only time we left was to go to the Garden District to tour the cemeteries and ride the trolley and also to go get some crawfish. Had breakfast at Brennan's and went to Cafe Dumond three times. Lol. Couldn't get enough of the beignets. We're going back for sure.

    Working on writing up lifts to keep me on schedule and am tweaking my arm sessions just a tad to reflect Marcus's recent post on working arms. Actually am fairly mellow at the moment.
