Were you in a fasted state? Shaking or unsteady? I've not heard of inability to move limbs from hypoglycemia.

Fasted yes but not anywhere hypoglycemic, I know how that feel, wasn't shaking or anything.

Speaking of legs, have you ever posted a leg pic?
I'll post the one I posted b4 I've made some pretty drastic changes I think... and b4 coming back I really wanted to expose my legs as to what they were.

Plus having that R quad tear then the 7th ventral hernia surgery at the same time I was without weights for 4+ months... it was such sa blow to my mindset but I figured I out and this lil comp thing was what I needed to get it back!

Why not if I could fix it otherwise? It's not like candy. Prolactin is just at 30 ng/dl btw, used to be almost double that.

If that was tired then I am not sure what "tired" means anymore lol.

Besides, thanks to IM B12 hemoglobin returned to 14.2 from 13, which is great. I believe a consistent deficit subsisted, or was in the process of developing.

Lifting your leg like that doesn't do it justice. Would show more true size just standing. That said, very nice separation going on there. Behind the hair that is.

5 min's on bike to warm up. Anymore may be construed as cardio.
Extensions: 2 moderate, 15 ish reps with hard squeeze to failure
Verticals: 2 heavy but not super heavy. Kept reps 12-15 non-lock. Really feel the crap out of these in my side quads. Got done set #2, rested and said F it and did another which I rarely ever do. It hurt.
Squats: 1 set relatively heavy for 12. Think that 3rd set of verticals kicked my arse.
Seated curls: 2 sets, 12 ish reps with drop on last
    Calf crap.

Good workout. Think it's time to see the chiro though for an adjustment.

My prolactin was at 21 and the endo prescribed dostinex, 1 pill every 2 weeks, im splitting into half every week, came in handy for the deca cycle.
Going to tell him I loved it so he keeps prescribing it, its much cheaper prescribed (NHS pays part)

Thats great on the hemoglobin, do you feel more energy from it? H&H are one of those things that have a sweet spot, too little and your cardio and VO2max suffer, too much and you feel fatigued and "heavy".

Nope not at all. I haven't been really feeling well over the past weeks, getting fatter pushed E2 levels up, got horrid pseudogyno, I lowered Test but didn't help, so I had to add AI. Also that damn cramps prevented almost any form of exercise.

I will see if I can get prolactin in range without a DA, then reconsider caber, preferably through prescription (20x1mg cabaser is only 18 eur here).

I started the year with 21.5 days, but am down to 18 days and a few hours. May try to get out of here an hour or two early today.

    Legs done

    5 mins bike

Front squats 4 sets - still a new exercise to me but I like I can get real good depth and it causes no knee or back discomfort/pain

Walking lunges with dumbell 1wu then 1 to failure

Seated leg curls 3 working sets

RDL's nothing heavy, just good form. Still managing my back problems

    20 mins LISS cardio

    Fed

Feel good, now just need to get in another 2800cals for the day

I've been with my current employer almost 15 years, so I get more now than when I first got hired on. You nailed it though, after my first year, I had 10 days and also we usually get 10 paid holidays but quite often we have to work the holidays.
