Just talked to the Orthopaedic doc. As I expected there's a partial tear to the tendon and bursitis. Bursitis kinda normal after a tear. Anyway, he's going to run the MRI pics past one of their surgeons to get his opinion and will call me again on Wednesday and let me know. At a minimum I'll be going for PT to begin healing, which he's faxing me a script for.

I told him to tell the surgeon if therapy can't get it back to 100% then I'd rather do surgery immediately and get it done right, considering how I like to train. He kept saying PT will strengthen the area that's weak, etc. I kept telling him there is no fvcking weak area there and to make sure he informs the surgeon to please not consider me like normal sedentary individuals.

Waiting for Wednesday. I repeat, FML.

It seems a bomb has also been found at Goteborg airport, but it didn't went undetected and the area was evacuated.

I don't know what to say about Manchester attack, but times are changing, and it's not going to get any better in the immediate future.

But, we European do really need to purge the whole political class from the continent.

Although PT does have its place, I believe I would have responded the same. If the tendon is torn much at all, I would rather it be repaired as well so it didn't become a "weak area", then follow up with PT for recovery.
    Fingers still crossed, Kel!

Mixing up a shake and then going to head down to the shop. The wife took in a stray orange cat a while back and I named it "Vitamin C" just to aggravate the wife. Now, the damn cat follows me everywhere and has a habit of staying in my way whenever I go outside. Dang thing caused me to twist my knee this morning, so we'll see how this goes.

The humidity level is starting to be noticeable. Noticed that the swollen area at my knee has gone down so that is some compensation.

Decided to make a switch and workout this morning. For a number of years I worked out in the mornings, but stopped once I got busy with work. Always rough getting started but once going I fell good.

    Workout:
Bench: 185x 10 for 3 sets, strict form, slow negatives no lockouts
    Incline: 135x10 for 3 sets " "
Overhead press 135x 10 for 3 sets. Same rep scheme

Flat bench DB flies 4x10 with 25 lbs. watch several Arnold vids and in each one he says this was his key exercise. Focused on the stretch and really getting the arms and pecs stretched. Went straight into DB triceps skull crushers, again focusing on the negative stretch. Pick this up from a Seth Feroce Vid. Was also quite the ab workout.

Tri press down 3x10 or to failure for 3 sets
Shoulder flies 15lbs x 15-30 reps for 3 sets into front raises
Into bicep curls for 3 to failure 25lbs DB. Another tip picked up from Seth to get an insane pump, and it worked.

    What's up dungeoners!?!

Been a few , I've been here reading just busy. The pain just won't subside. Saw surgeon this morning. I scheduled the op. It's in 2 weeks. So looks like I'll be disappearing for awhile. Lot of hard work down the tubes :/. But hopefully will have a better life after this. Either a good decision or a horrible one. We will see.

Been still hitting the gym, more of a pull back. Lighter weight. Strick form.

Arms on Sunday went great this way, and shoulders yesterday the same.

No. Doc says with my record getting insurance approval shouldn't be an issue at all.

But I have so much doubt In that.

But pre op with primary is Thursday, and surgery is scheduled for June 7th. So all up to insurance.

    Good afternoon all!!
Still loving my new routine and have soooo much energy. The clen really made me tired so it feels good to be alert this time of day and not yawning like crazy AND to not feel like I'm gonna fall asleep on my way home from work. Rest day today and then hitting back tomorrow. Still sore from chest on Sunday and arms feel solid AF from last nights bi's & tri's workout. Love it so much! I hope there aren't any cameras in the elevator at work cuz I be flexin and mirin
