    Bis & tris - 8-12 rep range for most part except on drops lil bit less depending on movement 4-6 on drops just trying to cut up a lil more and drop some bf looking to get at 8%

    Supersetted tri into bi(3ex each)

    - CG Smith Bench
    Pyramided up
    2w(295) 8 +forced reps drop 6-8(with force reps) drop 4-6 with forced reps

    - incline DB Curls
    1w DD

    - incline skull crushers
    2w D+RP

    - Hammer Curls - reps scheme were not full reps after first number
    60s 6-8 50s 10-12 45s 8-10 40s 6-8 35s 6ish 30s 6-8 burned felt great no rest just enough to grab DBs

    - straight bar curls
    2w drop slow and controlled TUT - 8-12 drop 6-8

    Their quite short and I'm flat as paper. Can't even get a pump if moving some weights.

    Good morning everyone! I have been so overwhelmed with life but it hasn't affected my training too much. Been working two jobs and going to the gym 4-6 days a week. Really focused on legs, glutes and shoulders since they're lacking the definition I want and I have been tracking macros. Down 7lbs at 22.8% bf (according to the reader at the gym) wanting to get down to 15-17% but I won't know until I get there lol Cass is still my major inspiration Was planning on starting my second cycle around now but I've had to spend a lot more money than I thought on getting my kiddo set up for school and on summer activities and what not. Anyways, I thought I'd update since I haven't checked this in awhile and I can't sleep and you all give me so much motivation to keep working towards my goals! Hope you're all having a great week and life is treating you well! ❤️

    Nope, I'm 5'10 myself and very rarely I met a woman taller than me, and it has been mostly tourists from northern Europe.

    We have a lot of men under 6 ft here but I know a ton that are way over. I don't know if it's where I am from, but never a shortage of tall men.

    Yo yo yo! Good morning ☀️.

    Got in a good quad session this morning after a half assing it for a bit. Toes out Cape just for you

    Ready for this next cycle. I am going to run var and primo (never done before). Hoping for at least 10 weeks, goal is 12.

    GGR any advice? On days, dosing. I am a primo virgin, so any help would be great. I am mostly excited about it helping with not holding weight while on var. depending on my primo dose I will run 15mg of var - 20 mg since I have done 2 full at 12.5mg.

    I have a friend that ran primo at 10mg a week and 10 mg of var and stayed very chiseled.

    I am trying to research sides and don't see too many except woman's voices cracking at 25mg and above weekly. That right there makes me want to stay lower.

    Any thoughts would be much appreciated!!!

    Anyone hear from Marcus? Hope he is as well as he can be.

    Changed clothes at work and headed straight to the chiro. She did about 45 minutes on my shoulder and left lat. Spent most of her time on the lat, said she didn't want to draw additional inflammation to the anterior delt. Actually had lost a bit of ROM today vs. last time although I'm on top of my stretches and IR heat.
    It's weird because it affects my left arm strength on curls something horrible, but when I hit legs Sun., I was just fine hook gripping my fingers in the rims of the 100# plates and loaded them on my leg press w/o any anterior pain.
    Right lat will be scraped Monday and possibly she may do the Class IV laser thing on left shoulder if it doesn't improve noticeably by then. She emailed me a couple of Pubmeds on it and if I'm interested and said she would cut me a break on the price. She believe she can get in to nuke a few places places on my shoulder that doesn't have ink on it. Lots of inflammation in the anterior head right now. The posterior capsule is all good right now.
    She did comment on my back tissue coarseness and how it feels like dragging across gravel. Maybe I'll get some of this sh!t freed up and get back in gear!

    I hate Tuesdays. My shop/deliveries are too unpredictable. I did 60 mins fasted cardio and then another 30 mins Post lifting. And it's my 3rd day of zero carbs.

    Still, it's all working, there's only one more week of it and I get to eat 650g carbs tomorrow.

    AG I'm a tren ace guy. Never felt enanthate has the same bang as ace. Haven't tried hex, never tried any blend of anything though you do hear good things about hex.

    KJ you look great. Massive respect for posting photo's and thankfully well respected by the testosterone fuelled guys in here.

    No exercise today, recovery day.

    Back in tomorrow for fasted cardio and then back in later for delts and more cardio. Joi de vivre!

    Getting more excited for my stack upcoming. Ready to kill it. Time to focus on me. My time has been so focused on the health and well being of others. Life for sure knocked me upside the head.

    Starting hitting a wall again and sure as shit my levels were down on my T3 and T4 and again donned dosing coming my way.

    I never understood how some used T3 T4 as a fat burner I depend on it to live and survive my days. I mean I actually get using it as a fat burner. I just pray for normal feeling for life long.
