Did hit calves and took a day off.

Calves are getting ripe! Changed the routine a bit to take the movements slower and had to drop the weight to complete reps. Still a fucking screamer...and then the meaningful reps kick in.

Hitting back today and hope to get some lat soreness afterwards. 2 rowing movements then palms facing pulldowns with straps to finish.

    xoxoxox

    hahahaa

I'm not saying the NPP is defo the culprit, but perhaps a possibility?
    Thanks for sharing AG.

I'm thinking you're right, had they done MS/MS testing instead, I'd be golden....

Hard to believe 150 NPP @ 50 EOD could have that much effect on the results though. I had the last NPP injection 2 days before the labs, at only 50mg's, with 200 EQ and 40 Test C...

Anyway, after I got settled in on Coreg, my dosage had to be reduced once. My BP at the Dr. office this morning was 110/60, but when I'm irked of Hct is up, it is more like 120-130 ish/80ish.
    I will start the log.

Funny the nurse took it 5 mins before at 120/70.

And I believe the bystolic is the only beta blocker. I'm on 5mg. That hasn't changed.

Lostartan (spelling) has changed 3 times. And still considered a low dose at 50ng every night

This cold really kicked in last two days. And has kicked my butt.

    Been resting and drinking.

Hopefully better tomorrow, as we have a weekend getaway

    Marcus,

I am starting a pull-back week after realizing it's been far too long and my body felt absolutely smashed this morning. I'm definitely underslept and overworked. Anyways, I was just prescribed some Xanax to use "as needed" which afforded me 15 pills at .25 strength. How much is a good dose to get that solid long night of catch up sleep every so often? I think I'm ready to take advantage of this tonight or tomorrow night!

OK well personally I would maybe go with 3 or 4 pills and that will knock you out for sure.

Marcus takes 2mg. That will knock out a horse lol.

I suggest not mixing anything. Alcohol or anything.

2mg will easily cause a black out and forget everything from the night lol.

    I'm prescribed. 5mg.

Have u taken 1 pill yet? How did it make u feel? Depending on that I would take 4 right before bed maybe 30 mins. And it will knock u out.

Just make sure if u have to wake up certain time tomorrow u have a back up plan or 3 or 4 alarms lol

You're right the Losartan/Cozaar is an ARB. I'd probably chalk it up to white coat fever since the nurse had you at a good value 5 minutes prior?

I honestly don't know how the EQ would affect the testosterone values since it is a testosterone derivative. Maybe it influence the values as well?
Just thought I would mention the issue w/ the interference of nandrolone using ECLIA.

She always has a different number then him.

With her arm is rested on chair arm rest.

With him he always put wrist/hand under his arm pit. So arm slightly raised. Not sure if makes a difference

If you've never taken it IC - I'd say your dose is good enough to make you sleep like a champ!

I take anywhere from 2-3mgs depending(note I do not do too much moving around after this) but I only take it as needed by my doc - great for sleep and any anxiety problems(panic attacks etc)

Hit back and started with two rowing exercises then pulldowns then flat lat pullovers. Seems to have worked a my lats were pumped and around my spine is becoming sore as the day goes on.

Also really focused on the contraction and trying my best to hold each completed rep for 3 seconds.

I'm learning as I go, but it seems that my grip tires out before my lats. This surprises me as I used to be a very strong deadlifter, but I suppose some of that strength has gone away. I stopped training strength on deadlifts only about a year ago due to leg pain, and now its my knees. Its frustrating but I am finishing ways around it...but my legs will never be as big or as strong and I suppose some of that is also visible in my grip. Kind of a sadly sobering mind fucker honestly.

Smashed shoulders tonight. Was on form food intake and just felt good after the week of being shitty.

Started with db pressing good few warm ups and feeler sets then into a heavy set these where hard but banged out a decent amount reps and good form too felt good blood was flowing dd too.

Then moved onto shrugs just to mess it up a bit and fatigued the muscles.more 2 sets heavy and a dd.

Then onto close grip machine pressing 2 heavy sets and a dd felt great to isolate and get the mind muscle connection going.

Then supersetting front and side raises to finish was so sore but could feel the blood flow so much it was great.

Then abs and some cardio to finish.

Ok. Skipped Friday's back and shoulder workout and drive to DC to see the sights with my son and a buddy of mine and his two boys. Went to Arlington and watched the changing of the guard and then toured all the stuff in DC. Must have walked about 6 miles or so. Holy fuck how on earth do you guys do cardio?

Holy shit my shins are killing me. You cardio guys are nuts.

ps: got back and shoulders done today. Didn't think I was going to miss it did you?

Hit the wall yesterday. Did some yard work, planned on doing chest & tri's - then my body literally told me to stop. I've never slept so much in a day without being sick, then hit the sack early & slept for an unusually solid nights sleep. Feel great now though! Good luck tomorrow Nach!

    - Sounds like a great day w/the exception of your anterior tibialus - in which I use a short straight bar(attach) to roll them out, they're so full of blood and it hurts so good

In DC about 7-8 years ago, my wife LOVES walking f'n everywhere - practically killed me. My excuse was bum hips. Gotta feeling Kel, you were shorted on slow-twitch muscle fibers 😬

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

    Nice pumps BTW . . . .

I kind of meant that fast twitch muscles grow larger in response to weight training more than slow twitch muscle fibers, but are poor for endurance (like walking around DC for 6 hours). I believe you have a much higher percentage of fast twitch muscle fibers. Never mix physiology & humor, lesson learned.

Some very cool pics of Brian Shaw on his Facebook page with his son that was born around 6/14. Also noticed Shaw had been bitten by the ink demon, Tattoos can be soooo addicting.

Edit: The ink may be henna? Shaw is playing in the upcoming movie Kickboxer.
