    Ok fellas i did back a wee while ago, it was a fvcking screamer.....

    T bar 1 working 6 +rp got 5 more DD **new weight**

    Seated row 1 working 5 + rp got 4 more TD **new weight**

    DB row 1 working 5 +rp got 4 more 1 drop

    Straight arm PD 1 working DD

    Rack pulls 1 working DD

    Hypers with 10kg plate 3 sets

    Done fellas, pure fvcked. T bars is always with the bar jammed in the corner, love them, great great session, a bit pissed off that the weight on rack pulls was way lower than i usually do but it was the end of the session and after some new weight so i should not complain eh.

    There are bp monitors with bigger cuffs, for example: https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/ci...045125-product

    ^^^it goes to 16,5''... That means straigth arm unflexed 16,5 inches, still probably can be used up to 18-19 inches with no problem.

    Couldn't do what bio was talking about. But I will try to plan a day were can get in this gym when it's slow for once.

    I swear I've s3en the same old.man. doing smith bench everyday I've gone. And it doesn't matter 3pm 4pm 5pm.....it's him doing smith bench everyday.

    Anyways.....

    Cg bench 3w 1f 1w slow negatives and pause on chest. 1d

    Ez bar Incline skulls 1f 2w

    Vbar pd 2w with dd SS into reverse grip ez bar pd same but with one drop.

    Hammer dips 2w

    Straight bar curls 2f 1w dd

    Seated alt db curls 2w 1d

    Hammer strength CG curls 2w SS into db hammer db curls

    Single arm preacher curls 1w (no need for these at this point)

    I am gonna put size on these arms for once....lol.

    Morning fellas,GGR. Ma back has a good ache from top to bottom, going to destroy chest the day after work. Finish at 1 so all is good. Really really in a hurry fellas catch up later.

    Got in more syringes and needles in day before yesterday. Got to keep up the "apocalypse" stash. I generally get Terumo or BD products, but all they had this time was Covidien. They work all right, but man, talk about a tight plunger to barrel fit. It's almost like pushing Testolic.or something with EO as a carrier.
    Guess if nothing else it will improve my pinch gripping strength.
    Watching a movie.with the wife and beast and will get in arms at some point today (Saturday).

    Just pinned nebido before breakfast, always less chance of microembolism when I pin the morning. Forgot what a pain it is to push the thick oil in a 5ml syringe, couldn't convince the wifey to help

    Used a 30g zero dead space slin pin, no pip.

    I just use slin pins for the water based compounds. Pulling the oil would have been a tedious process

    Really got trouble waking up today.

    I've already downed 1 prewo and a red bull. Doesn't really seem to cut it,
    and I don't wanna use Ritalin.

    Nice little interview with Eddie Hall from a few months ago. I know it's not strictly HIT, but the mindset of those guys has to be useful in HIT. Anyway, I enjoyed it.

    Holy fck i feel energized as fuc...drinkin coffee this mornin whoa lol first cup of coffee in yrs i need to train.

    Mornin folks..chilly here. No training this weekene as im out od town but monday it will be an assault. Been back at it training hard for 5 weeks now no trt no cycle nothin ive made small gains but nothing like i could on test :/..

    Morning. I made the right decision with the new job for sure. Been a busy week. Little adjustment getting used to the time change so I missed shoulders Tuesday but got a pretty good back day on Thursday. Working a half day today and hitting the gym this afternoon for chest. Still haven't made it to the grocery store so my diet is crap all week but I'll get in there this weekend. I had 5 pages with a lot of good w/o to read about this morning. Got me ready for a good sesh! Hope everyone has a HITacular weekend!

    adductor machine - few warmups

    calve raises machine - 2 warmups, 1 working triple drop + partials

    seated calves - 2 working

    Squat machine - 1 warmup, 1 feeler, 1 working

    Back squat - 1 feeler, 1 working

    Legs extensions - 1 feeler, 1 working

    Antibiotic and tren leaving my system kinda made me feel bad and weak. Now its when we separate the men from the boys!

    400mg tren E... probably underdosed or I dont feel any sides almost, need to try different source

    Finished 2-3 weeks ago. Was just cutting a bit, was too fat after the TRT process, feel better like this.

    Waist back at 33''.
