Very true. Painful times never get any better, but eventually they do get easier to deal with/accept.

Agreed. Personally, I wish I had some better balance regarding pain. Physical pain - bring it on. Mental pain, I shrink.

On that note . . . Morning all.

    Good morning people!
Was at a concert yesterday after a short biTri workout.
I stayed with a lady friend again, so I'm kinda sore and tired now,
but feel really much better emotionally.
Gonna instruct a client later today, hopefully get some sets done myself as well.
Now I'm gonna finish my shake and sleep a little, and come back later!
    Wish u all the best!

The mind set is a very powerful tool to have, use your personal tools to recruit the right mind set to go all out in the gym. I use my mind, my past and what ever is floating my boat at the time to be better than anyone in the gym find the mind set and you find the ultimate performance tool.

We all here motivate each other, looks like I'm motivating you in some way so go and train and build something special instead of moaning

I did, Marcus. Was quartering up 20mg and taking 5mg/day. After about a week or so, I started getting random nosebleeds. Going to try it again to verify it was the Cialis because the nosebleeds stopped a day or two after I went off of it. I stocked up @ ADC for about a years supply so hopefully it will work with no issues this time. Otherwise, I guess I will have to install nostril tampons or something.
The extra vascularity and a slight decrease in BP were main things I noticed. I wasn't taking it for BPH or anyting, so can't offer any input in those regards?

I do... 5mgs/day(unless I'm invited to the cellar - 10mgs).. Been off of it for about 1-2months - and it sure has made a difference for me... Noticeably! Just ordered some up!

Like BB said - if I raise my test a bit or hell a 19nor in the mix - depending which way the wind is blowing it causes unwanted hard ons(some get painful if my lil spinner isn't around)

Viagra wrecks my sinuses ,clogs my breathing, and I flush up like a madman. The combo of Cialis and Viagra does me fairly decent, but I really have to fight the urge to populate the earth with redneck gingers.
I may try dropping the C dose to 2.5 mg-3mg/day and see if that eliminates the nosebleeds.

How much does cialis cost in the US? It's like 150 USD for 28x5mg cps here.

Got a bit of mail today. Nothing much, but something to help me on the days I'm feeling really sluggish. Nothing in he stimulant department, just a couple little odd and end hormone type things.
Finally realized what the smell of guaiacol reminds me of; the old school sprays for sunburns.

    Is that NHS dispensed?

I guess the Italian national health service is doing a great job at regulating prices, but not in the interest of citizens

If my wife smells guaiacol im in trouble, she associates with testosterone which she doesnt want me to use, although I can pin all the trenbolone I want in front of her. Kinda depicts people twisted perception of male hormones.

Well, I'll defo use it sparingly, but I got some TNE/TRNE and a TNE/TRNE/'drol blend. . Just for occasional use only. Wasn't going to mess with the test/tren /drol mix, but got it for a fair price and if I can't tolerate it, I know of a few that could.put it to good use.

LOL, mine doesn't mind as long as I maintain relatively conservative doasges. I mentioned to her once that Marcus told me tren is the devil's piss and she said that explains a lot. Then she rolled her eyes and went and rounded up my lifting gear for me while I pinned.

Just got a message through the socials. The local pediatric unit is in search of blood donors whose group matches mine (it's a rare one).

Sure I live in a big city so they won't have trouble finding valid donors, but it's sad that I can't be of help because of the sh*t running in my blood.

Even w/o AAS, I don't met the criteria because of the thyroiditis and beta thalassemia. That is, in case of high hematocrit, the only possible fate for my blood is to be flushed in the toilet.
