    That sounds like you may be healing then, Cape. Good stuff. Hope chest session goes well but like you said, I would defo make it a light feeler/higher volume set, until everything is G2G.
    My ROM w/o pain comes and goes, but it slowly getting better, I think. One day it will mainly be anterior, the next day might be very little pain, and the next it is posterior. It's random as fvck.
    Still going to stick to b'bell work in the Smythe for chest and shoulder presses for a while and maybe wrap up chest w/ some moderate weight incline flyes or moderate weight weight d'bell presses w/ the palms parallel or light-ish d'bell shoulder presses on shoulder days just to get a good rush of blood into the area at the end of the lift.

    Ugh, frigging sleep is like a damn jack.in the box today. Down for the count about 2 hours, up for 90 minutes or so, back to sleep for an hour, now awake again. Headed back to try for a bit more.

    No workout for me sadly. Tomorrow I will get my hamstrings in. Barely any sleep and mom duties are on. Goodness bf got diagnosed with gout, dr said flare ups are majorly painful. Bf is extremely healthy and clean eater. Barely drinks at all. Maybe 1 drink a month. Just crazy!!! So ready to just rest.

    Triceps yesterday and cardio

    Cable pushdowns V bar
    3 warm up sets - felt strong so got a good starting weight for my working set
    1 working set - to failure plus 3 drop sets both to failure

    vertical seated DB French press both hands
    2 feeler sets - felt nice and strong again
    1 working sets -to just before failure, felt I had more so did another working set heavier - went to failure again

    db kickbacks
    2 working sets both to failure

    Seated cybex triceps dips
    2 working sets - both to failure

    Cardio

    bike for 45mins

    How do you like the seated weighted dips?? Is your grip palms facing or palms toward you? We have a plate loaded machine at my gym and used it but like using the dip belt more?!

    Yeah I like it, feels good because I can adjust my body so more tension goes on the triceps instead of the chest. Palms facing each other

    3 warm up sets
    1 working set to failure

    T bar rows
    2 feel sets
    1 working set to failure

    One arm db rows
    2 working sets to failure

    hammer strength under handed pulldowns
    2 working sets to failure on each

    hyper's
    2 working sets

    45 mins on the bike

    Ok. So I went in for chest. Only did machine work.
    Medium weight. Medium reps.

    Machine bench 3 working

    Seated cable flies. 3 working

    Incline. On the first rep I got what Clarky would call a wee niggle in the shoulder Stopped. Moved on.

    Different machine bench 3 working

    Back to seated cables. 2 working. Nice pump at this point.

    Not bad for an old man with a bad shoulder. Lol

    Nice! Stomach issues kept me from lifting yesterday but I believe the issue has been resolved, so back should be in the works tonight.
    8 oz of bone in ribeye and 4 egg whites then it's my bedtime.

    -- smith incline press - worked up to a decent weight
    3w/u 2 feelers
    1w(305) 5clean drop 4 drop 3(stayed at same weight)

    -- incline DB flys
    2w/u
    2w 6-8 reps failure then went up for a set for 4reps all failure and a big stretch

    -- decline hammer strength press
    2w heavy TUT 7/4-5 RP1

    -- straight oly bar curls
    2w/u 1feeler
    1w 10reps +RP 2 then 1-2 cheaters

    -- hammer curls - slow and controlled elbows pinned to sides
    1w heavy DD major pump

    -- CG Cable curls
    1w DD

    Watched blood & guts b4 I started and wanted to try one true working set and it was great I did much less than I usually would have and had a great w/o

    Quick check in. Hi all! 9 hrs of sleep last night. This weekend really set me off course, sick man, sick kiddo. Missed my lift this morning. I am thinking about lifting after work today, but may have to just wait till tomorrow morning. First Sunday in years I didn't meal prep either. Was just too out of it.

    I will be back ready to rage.........

    Definitely agree w/Cape - it's not worth it you'll just be more tired and have less energy tomorrow - instead get the mind ready for tomorrow! your doing great things... how's your strength increasing?

    Fella's and ladies I hope all is well! I've been working 70hr weeks and haven't trained in 2 weeks. It's been years and years since I've been out this long but I'm starting to feel good, the first week or so my body tightened up and hurt. Working 13fr days didn't help plus the prop I'm using gives me a good stinger every other shot Hopefully jump in the gym today to try to lightly stretch things out but I went for a massage and the girl kicked my ass, she actually sprained my rib! So we will see. Keep grinding!

    I totally agree!!! I haven't lifted since Saturday.....I did chest and felt great on the lifts I did. I got my high of 37.5 each arm DB's for chest press.....it was more easy then I thought once I had a little help up . I was able to do 5 reps after working my way up. Last Saturday I started with 27.5lbs and this week I was up to 30 dbs start. FOR SURE increasing.

    Got my high on leg press last week of 470......

    I can tell just from switching to your all style of lifting I am getting stronger!!!!

    I can tell my chest is getting stronger, cause my t*ts are shrinking a little.....
