    Bicep question

    Hey all,
I have recently been putting a little more focus on my Bicep heads.
Yesterday I killed it at the gym. Today my biceps are killing me! I know that even while on AAS you will still have pain associated with growth, ripping and regrowing.
What is everyones experience with the amount of time you feel the strain. I know gear drastically cuts down recovery time. Just questioning things. I'm not new to the workout scene but relatively fresh in the AAS field. I was running a simply test e + deca cycle. Now, I have only test e. 750 wk.

Well, your recovery should be great. I assume you mean "soreness" not strain, correct? There's a difference. Residual effects of soreness will be contingent upon effort, tissue damage done, rest and diet. I don't know of a formula to give an exact amount of time as it's subjective to the individual and the elements stated, as well as your metabolism.

Great looking quads TT! Welcome to the forum!

    Thanks kel!
Diet is fair...could use some adjustments. Progress not perfection, right? I mean soreness not strain. Sorry not the best with words. I feel my body is lacking something. Bcaa's, protein, something. Will post diet for review.
    Anyhow thane again

yea--its almost like saying its person dependent.

i can workout back and bis--on this given day--starting with with pull ups, lat pulls, rows, machine curls, db curls.

after my first working set of lats pulls, i can feel a tighetning in my bi area, (outside, longer head)
by the time i get to my actual curls, the pump is so intensely insane, (im squeezing on the peak, mind muscle connection) i cant make it past 8-10 reps (of course im using heavy weights tho so its good)

but the point is, lol tangent! that it depends, pumps cod start before finishing to the next day or longer.
    idk kinda weird to describe.
