I gotta agree with Mickey on this one brother, i was already thinking that when i saw it for the first time the other day. The avi definatley has to go. Just my opinion bro.
On another note. There can not be any mention of recreational street drugs on this board. This is a rule that one can get banned for breaking. I wouldnt want to see that happen because you seem to be sincere in your desire to learn and educate yourself on all the knowledge and information that this site and its members have to offer. It may be a good idea to go and read through all the rules of the forums agian so you dont post up something thats gonna get you in trouble.
As far as the thread that you are apologizing for; i actually never even seen it but all is forgiven. In the future maybe just visit another site, other then this one if your not exactly "sober".........Good luck

I don't know if we misunderstood each other or not but what ever, I was saying that I looked, way back like that pic "Good" had posted when I started and I when to the pic on my Avi. So now back after a 25 yr layoff and abusing my body, I have a goal and the first of which to get back and then to surpass it. I've been told by many that I'll never achieve the physique I had back then and I now disagree with what I've done in 6 months. I try not to llisten but ya know I do somewhat. So it is what you say where I'm at now, knowing I just need to keep in mine I'm doing good if I keep progressing. When I hit the plateaus I just stay away from the mirrors for two weeks and wear a big shirt. Then I can see if I'm progressing. It works to keep my positive attitude. ...crazy mike
