A desert my sis found that some of you may like.....
So she's currently dieting down for an npc show but she gave me this recipe and told me to try it. I havnt yet but it sounded interesting so I figured I'd post it here.
Depending on the type of protein used..... It's not a bad desert meal.
Protein mug cake-
1 scoop any protein
3 tablespoons egg whites
1 T. Cocoa powder baking kind
1tsp baking powder(I use less)
And just enough almond milk to thicken batter
Mix together - place in a mug and microwave for 35 secondsFailure is not and option..... ONLY beyond failure is - Haz

*UPDATE*
The recipe kicks ass if you make it right. It tastes kinda like a chocolate lava cake. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't work the first few times. It's worth it!

Bombshell has a nice line up, very dedicated girls. Saw them back stage last year, something about girls eating cold chicken and asparagus !!! My wife couldn't believe it lol

Congrats on your sister joining Bombshell Haz. And I tried the recipe, but found using ON's double chocolate and a whole real egg works better for me, but I'm probably not on the same diet as you or your sis!
Great dessert though; I've made it 3 times already!

Hmmmm seems like that recipe is a good starting point lol. Microwave times will probably vary too.
