    Cool Sunday's Leg Workout.

    Another way to get the legs up and do a little cardio.

    Yeah, but it is hard to train with a broken leg. Which is what would happen to me.

    Just takes a little time to get it all down, and then it's a blast. No other cardio workout (Okay, maybe spin class, but you're stationary) can compare.

    There is one. You gotta look really close...his calf has a dart hanging out of it... He's trying to IV it to himself during exercise to further enhance glycogen synthesis.

    hey x-biker i hear you i love riding aswell.

    i see you live in florida like me.............have you hit up alot of trails around the state?? ive riden alot around central florida...my favorite is bellview though!!!!!!!technical, hard riding there!!!! south florida is ok Markham Park does the trick for me....but way to flat the rooted. I love fast single track trails. The panhandle (tallahasee area) gets hilly enough to ride some downhill.

    anyway glad to see theres another biker around.......do you do any road biking or all off-road??

    HEHE. They have. It was funny, my riding partner and I were chilling with a couple of other riders after we rode the trails. I had changed in to dry pants and did not have a shirt on, and was eating a piece of beef jerky (for the protein content, of course). One of the other guys asks, "The beef jerky, is that where all the muscles come from?"

    I just smiled and said, "Yeah, something like that."

    After analizing the pic. I decided that your legs were getting bigger from the beef jerky. After that I decided to go on the Beef Jerky cycle. So, I asked how long it took for you to kick in and start feelin it???

    Hey, X...what kind of digital camera do you have...yours is freaking awesome with great photo quality and was looking at purchasing one..i think you might have addressed this in a thread a while back but i have NO idea where to start looking for it.

    With the beef jerky cycle, you can use turkey jerky, beef jerky, venison jerky, or just plain old jabroni jerky.

    Effects are fast acting, like dbol , without the chance of sides.

    I'm somewhat familiar with the beef jerky cycle that "X" is outlining. I will add, however, that like **'s tabs, beef jerky should be chewed thoroughly before swallowing. It also works well when stacked with Mountain Dew, Little Debbies, Frito Lays and various other 7-11 mainstays. Good luck GPL nad keep those dosages reasonable.
