Thor is a giant joke, too kid friendly... the others look really good. The Japan chronicles of Wolverine should be pretty sweet if kept to the storyline

I'll probably catch most of these on DVD when available. I'm not one for going to theaters and having idiots disrupt my entertainment.

Love the Marvel movies BUT when they mix up a story line it drives me a tad nutty. Wolverine ...! can NOT wait!!

sorry but superman is a super boring dud. *yawn* such a goddie goodie mommyz boy ~ he just cant hold my interest no matter what supper underwear they dress him up in.

ok, you are now my new favorite woman... Im sure the new movie will be great but where did the SUPER in Superman go?!?!?... this guy looks like the latest metro vegan stickboy to grace the bigscreen. Even back in the day Reeves was at least a larger built guy.

"ok, you are now my new favorite woman"

lol thats just you dont know me yet ~ im actually quite irritating
Im sure in no time this is how you will feel lol ---> Attachment 139335

dont get me wrong, i saw all the superman movies with my dad as a kid and LOVED them but that was before Wolverine and I met.
than I met Marvel and DC just seemed like a clown patrol to me. I know they are trying to put the MAN back in superman for this movie, but I agree he just comes off very metrosexual.

Although I never saw any Star Treks before, my buddy wanted me to go see this with him. It is actually pretty good, and the only thing I knew about Star Trek is Leonard Nimoy played Spock and William Shatner played Captain Kirk in the original series.

I don't even know what "Picard" means, lol. Sadly, I believe I suffer from the same flaws as your husband as I am not interested in watching any of the old series or movies, lol.

It's not that your are missing anything from not seeing the old movies because the acting was not very good, especially the first couple of years of the original StarTrek.

    Next Generation was much better.

What you are missing is that the series StarTrek inspired a LOT of our current technology and a lot of emerging technology. As the saying goes (you wont get it) it was light-years ahead of it's time.

OMG Kick-Ass 2? They waited almost to long to make it IMO but I would not miss it for anything. Kick-Ass is probably my favorite moves but mostly because of Hit Girl.

I always thought the original series was the best? I knew technology in a lot of series and movies influenced our own, but nothing specifically.

I was not really a fan of Kick-Ass, so I am not excited about a sequel.
