    Exhausted

Ugh. Going off of two hours of sleep between yesterday and today from my two jobs, I'm exhausted. All I can think about is going home and hoping my pwo drink gives me the push I need. Just to go back to work tonight and then early in the morning again. :-/

Is this just a short term one off thing?

Do you have plenty of coffee?

This is my life. 2 jobs, 2 smaller kids. Hubby is at a different duty station. So I'm less rested for a while. Oh well, done it before

Just tread lightly. Before I left college ( graphic design major) I was working 40+hrs, and had 3 studio classes as well. Just to accomplish the minimum I would only sleep every 3rd night of the week. I didn't party at all, started class at 8 am out of the last one by 12 at work by 1 off at 10 then straight to the studio for projects. I'd leave the studio at 6 to run home shower and eat then back to class.

Fueled my days with 8-10 redbulls and 8-10 caffeine pills daily just to function. It wears on your health a lot faster than you notice. Much like that step into the life of AAS (which I have yet to make) its a risk v. Reward decision you have to make, and over time the risk is continually going up while the reward never really changes.

    Just take care of yourself

For sure. It's the life of a military wife. At least a true one lol. I only drink one cup of around 10 oz of coffee a day. No other caffeine except what's in my prewo drink for working out. I'm usually okay. Today I'm just tired lol. Can't wait for my vacation next month. Laziness on the beach abusing the hotels gym. Lol yay

PWO doesn't really help me that much. Usually around my third 16hr shift I start doing coffee chasers. They always seem to help.

Oddly enough.... Can't do a lot of coffee. I abhor the jittery, crackhead feeling I get with high amounts of caffeine. So I'm usually fending on pure adrenaline or what's left of it. At night I try to ride my bike to work. Go at least 90-100mph on the way there.... That usually wakes me up a bit lol
